智通财经APP获悉，12月28日，UT斯达康(UTSI.US)宣布，该公司与中国一家移动网络运营商的研究所的合作达成了一个重要的里程碑，完成了分解式网络解决方案的第一阶段开发和集成，并成功通过了与客户的验收测试。
该公司表示，协议规定该平台的网络操作系统(NOS)基于开源网络操作系统，由该公司采用并整合，用于预期的应用场景，旨在确保开放性并防止供应商锁定，支持多种硬件实现。
