台湾《经济日报》12月29日消息，纬创位于印度Narasapura的iPhone组装厂日前因暴动而停工，根据印度媒体报道，卡纳塔克邦劳工部长希瓦拉姆·赫巴尔（Shivaram Hebbar）表示，预计将在未来20天内重启生产，并恢复全面运作。
12月20日，针对苹果暂缓下新单给纬创一事，纬创在台湾证券交易所公告，公司一贯政策不评论与客户间之业务关系。公告还称，关于印度Narasapura厂发生暴动一事，本公司已配合当地政府相关单位进行调查并持续与保险公司洽谈中，亦会配合客户进行改善复工计划。
