智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研究报告，领展房产基金(00823)目前的股息收益率为4.1%具吸引力，重申其“买入”评级，目标价由73.8港元上调至77.9港元。
报告中称，即使面对公共卫生事件的挑战，但领展(00823)的物业组合具防守性。投资者需要重新设定对公司每基金单位分派的期望，在2021至2023财年会相对平稳。由于就业市场及低收入人士薪酬增长前景疲弱，认为公共卫生事件后香港地区零售的增长将相对温和。
该行又提到，领展在最近市场环境具挑战下，仍重申其2025年愿景战略，接近2025年在管资产的年复合增长率目标为高单位数。
另外，在2021财年，公司在上一个财政年度剩余的800万回购额度下，已回购600万股，因此回购计划已大致完成。公司目前没有任何资产出售计划。展望未来，回购仍是一个可用的机制，但需要视乎市场条件及其他监管问题。
