据证监会28日消息，证监会主席易会满在中国资本市场建立30周年座谈会上讲话时指出，将以注册制和退市制度改革为重要抓手，加强基础制度建设。坚持尊重注册制基本内涵、借鉴国际最佳实践、体现中国特色和发展阶段三原则，稳步在全市场推行注册制。进一步畅通多元化退出渠道，强化优胜劣汰。统筹推进发行承销、交易、持续监管、投资者保护等领域关键制度创新，扎实推进制度型开放。
