智通财经APP获悉，12月28日(周一)美股盘初，瑞能新能源(SOL.US)高开高走，截至北京时间22：55，该股涨超15%，报11.21美元。此前公司宣布已与数家机构投资者签订证券购买协议，同意以每ADS 9.5美元的价格出售约210.5万份ADS(每份ADS代表10股普通股)。
在过去的52周内，该股最低成交价为0.853美元，最高成交价为12美元，目前该股交易价格接近过去52周内的最高成交价。公司此次宣布的定向增发发行所得的总收益预计约为2000万美元，公司计划将净收益用于扩大新的太阳能项目管道和一般营运资金需求。
