大恒科技、文峰股份：徐翔母亲郑素贞股份解除冻结
证券时报e公司讯，大恒科技(600288)12月28日晚间公告，公司近日收到中证登上海分公司通知，青岛市公安局25日向中证登上海分公司送达了《协助解除冻结财产通知书》，解除冻结公司控股股东郑素贞持有的证券以及冻结期间通过公司派发的送股、转增股、现金红利。此次解除冻结之后，郑素贞持有的公司1.30亿股无限售流通股仍处于100%冻结状态。
文峰股份(601010)28日晚公告，公司收到中证登上海分公司通知，青岛市公安局向中证登上海分公司送达了《协助解除冻结财产通知书》，请予解除冻结郑素持有的文峰股份2.75亿股，占公司总股本14.88%。此次股份解除冻结是针对原冻结案号--青公（经）冻财字[2016]428号进行的解冻，目前郑素贞所持公司股份仍被山东省青岛市中级法院予以轮候冻结，冻结数量2.75亿股。
