“女子取快递被造谣出轨”，两人被立案侦查

12月26日，记者获悉，杭州市公安局余杭分局已于2020年12月25日对郎某、何某网络诽谤他人一案依法立案侦查。
随后，此事在网上发酵，不明真相的网友写下不堪入目的留言，吴女士的邻居、朋友、同事议论纷纷，再然后就是丢了工作、找新工作被拒、患上抑郁症……吴女士自视被“社会性死亡”。
8月13日，杭州市公安局余杭分局作出行政处罚书，“经查证，郎某与何某利用信息网络公然侮辱、诽谤他人，属情节较重。”郎某和何某被行政拘留9日。
10月26日，吴女士委托的诉讼代理人向余杭人民法院提交刑事自诉状及证据材料，以郎某、何某捏造事实，通过网络诽谤自诉人谷某某且情节严重为由，要求以诽谤罪追究郎某、何某的刑事责任。
12月11日，吴女士委托的诉讼代理人向余杭人民法院补充提交了刑事自诉状及证据材料。
经审查，该案符合刑事自诉案件的受理条件，余杭人民法院于12月14日立案受理。
