侵占平遥古城房产资源染指旅游业，山西17人涉黑团伙被判刑

新华社太原12月23日消息，山西省平遥县人民法院近日依法对被告人侯左利等人涉黑案一审公开宣判。该案涉及组织、领导、参加黑社会性质组织罪、寻衅滋事罪、故意伤害罪、强迫交易罪、非法侵入住宅罪等10项罪名，21起犯罪事实。全案22名被告人中有17人涉及黑社会性质组织犯罪。2000年以来，被告人侯左利纠集他人通过实施非法高利放贷、暴力讨债、强买强卖等违法犯罪行为聚敛钱财，并以家族、朋友、同学、合作等关系为纽带，笼络多名刑满释放人员和社会闲杂人员，与平遥县房管局工作人员相勾结，大肆侵占平遥古城房产资源，染指旅游服务业攫取经济利益。2010年后逐步形成以侯左利为组织、领导者的黑社会性质组织，严重破坏当地经济、社会生活秩序。
经审判，被告人侯左利被判处有期徒刑25年，剥夺政治权利5年，并处没收个人全部财产。其余16名组织成员分别被判处13年9个月至1年10个月不等的有期徒刑，并处相应的财产刑。
