CFTC应OneChicago LLC要求取消其DCM授权
美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)日前在其官网发布通知称，其决定取消OneChicago LLC 的指定合约市场(DCM)的授权。CFTC称作出该决定的原因是该公司已决定自愿放弃该授权。据悉，上述授权于2002年6月11日由CFTC颁发。
根据相关《商品交易法》和CFTC法规规定，DCM可以至少在要求的休假日期前90天向CFTC提出请求，要求撤消其指定。根据OneChicago的要求，CFTC故下令撤销NFX的指定授权，并于2020年12月21日生效。
随着OneChicago的DCM指定被撤销，现有16家DCM在CFTC注册。
