中企收购德国拜耳一间药厂，将用于新冠疫苗生产
国是直通车 12月22日消息，德国拜耳和中国药明生物21日宣布达成一项收购交易。根据协议，药明生物将以约1.5亿欧元收购拜耳位于德国伍珀塔尔的生物药原液厂，用于生产新冠疫苗和其它生物药中的活性成分。拜耳和药明生物均表示，此次交易尚待监管部门批准，预计将在2021年上半年完成。
