英为财情Investing.com –周二美股盘前，美国健身器材公司Peloton (NASDAQ:PTON)涨超8%，报156.31美元。
消息面上，美国健身巨头Peloton拟以4.2亿美元现金从芬兰体育用品公司Amer Sports收购健身设备供应商Precor。该交易预计将于2021年初完成。
截至周一收盘，今年年初至今，Peloton股价累涨400%。
