美团被曝杀熟会员配送费更高，公司致歉：系定位缓存偏差导致
封面新闻 12月17日消息，当日，网上突然曝出美团外卖会员杀熟事件。不少用户反映，美团会员与非会员配送费存在差异。记者向美团求证，美团外卖回应称，文中提到的配送费差异与会员身份无关，是定位缓存偏差导致。用户实际下单的配送费，会按照真实配送地址准确计算，不受影响。
针对定位缓存的问题，美团外卖回应表示正在积极改进，“目前，产品和技术同学已经成立专门团队，正在与用户进一步沟通解决问题，提升产品和服务水平。”
在回应声明中，美团外卖也向用户表达了歉意，“毋庸置疑，定位缓存问题导致配送费预估不准，是我们的问题，这里向用户诚恳致歉。”
