智通财经APP获悉，12月15日，小米集团－Ｗ (HK:1810)在港交所进行权益披露，表明10亿股增发完成后，公司总股本增加，相关大股东雷军的B类股份占B类总股数的比例发生变化但持股份额保持不变，依旧为24.4亿B类股。
据了解，此次权益披露在增发清算(上周三，12月9日)完成之后，总股本发生了变动，导致相关股东的持股百分比发生变化。简单而言，小米集团采取先旧后新的增发模式。
该模式下，大股东雷军先给投资者10亿股，之后小米再向大股东雷军增发10亿股份。过程完成后，雷军总体持股数保持不变，但小米集团总股本增加10亿股，相关大股东持股比例会下降。即雷军依旧持有B类股24.4亿股，但由于B类股总股本的扩大，雷军持有的B类股份占B类股总数的比例从12.57%降至11.95%。
