南宁公安通报外卖员被保安用防爆叉套脖子：已达成赔偿协议
12月15日下午，南宁市公安局江南分局官方微博发布警情通报称，12月15日，一段“外卖员被保安用防爆叉套住脖子”视频在网络上流传，引发热议。
通报称，经调查，事件发生在该分局辖区。12月14日13时许，在那洪大道某小区，因出入登记信息问题，某平台外卖配送员与小区保安发生口角纠纷引起肢体冲突，随后保安用防爆叉控制其颈部，后经现场群众劝解，双方自行分开，无人员受伤。接到群众报警后，那洪派出所民警迅速出警，并将双方当事人带回派出所调查处理。经依法调解，双方均认识到自己的过错，并已自愿达成和解及赔偿协议。
据红星新闻此前报道，事发小区物业称，因外卖员进小区和离开时拒绝防疫登记，导致双方发生争执。
相关视频显示，一名身穿美团外卖工作服的男子脖子被一只钢叉顶住。画面里有声音称，“一个小孩子送外卖没有威胁到什么人的安全，也没有什么凶器，保安就这么欺负人”。
