铜的“自我循环”？铜价越高，智利工会要的越多
随着铜价大幅上涨，智利采矿业的利润也较过去有所提高，这让智利铜矿的工人们期望能够获得更多的报酬。
据彭博，智利矿商Antofagasta Plc旗下Centinela矿的一个主要工会主席Luis Redlich对媒体表示，智利采矿业现在的利润比过去很长一段时间都要高，包括繁荣时期，在这种情况下，工人们完全有理由得到他们应有的待遇。
本周一，Redlich所在的工会拒绝了公司提出的最新薪资提议，这意味着除非双方能够通过调解谈判解决分歧，否则这些铜矿工人将离职。
目前国际铜价已经刷新七年来新高，对于铜矿企业来说，急于避免的是在这一个高利润阶段停工。
整个11月LME期铜累计上涨逾12%。12月1日周二，LME期铜收涨114美元，报7694美元/吨，连续四日收创七年多来新高，盘中升至7719美元/吨，创2013年3月来新高。
对工会来说，除了铜价升高的因素之外，疲软的本币也是因素之一。另外，尽管工人们在疫情期间采取轮班制度，但还是保证了产量。
