英国、欧盟“离婚协议”一拖再拖 市场仍期待双方“和平分手”
财联社（上海，编辑 吴斌）讯，英国和欧盟绝对是“拖延症晚期”，本该10月份就达成的脱欧协议拖到11月底仍未完成，但市场仍期待双方将“和平分手”。
市场对最终结果的乐观预期从英镑走势中便可略窥一斑，尽管协议一拖再拖，近期英镑总体仍呈上涨态势。

目前留给英欧谈判的时间已越来越少，因此即使是在周末双方也在加班加点谈判。周六英欧双方再度开始“面对面谈判”，11月19日英国与欧盟的退欧谈判高级代表暂停面对面会谈，因为一名欧盟团队成员新冠病毒检测结果为阳性。
英国外交大臣拉布周日表达了一定的乐观情绪，认为协议即将达成。“如果他们表现出务实和诚意，我认为这将是谈判的最后阶段；当然我们也有一定的灵活性，我认为我们可以达成协议。”
不过需要注意的是，尽管拉布称双方在竞争问题上取得了一些进展，但在捕捞问题上仍存在较大分歧。对于谈判何时会结束，拉布认为下周对英国脱欧将具有重要意义。
