标普全球Q3业绩强劲超预期 今年以来股价已累涨50%
英为财情Investing.com-作为全球三大评级机构之一的标普全球公司(NYSE:SPGI)公布了2019年第三季度的稳健业绩，营收和利润均超出市场的预期。
第三季度营收16.9亿美元，超出市场预期3320万美元，同比增长9%；每股收益为2.46美元，较市场普遍预期高出0.13美元，同比增长16%；经调整后的营业利润增长14%至8.77亿美元，超出市场预期；经调整后的营业利率率同比上升230个基点至51.9%。
具体来看的话，评级收入仍是其最大的收入来源，本季度营收7.89 亿美元同比增长13%，得益于美国和欧洲高收益债券以及美国投资级债券的发行；交易收入增长迅速，同比增长25%至4亿美元；非交易收入增长增长2至3.87亿美元；市场情报收入同比增长5%至4.88亿美元。主要来自该公司为客户提供数据管理解决方案以及信用风险解决方案。
值得一提的是，该公司在本季度向股东返还了6.4亿美元，包括8月份启动的5亿美元的股票回购以及1.4亿美元的股息。
由于第三季度优异财报，标普全球提高了其全年收益预期。GAAP下的每股收益区间从8.20-8.35美元提高到8.56-8.66美元；调整后每股收益区间由9.10元-9.25元提高到9.300-9.40元。
今年以来标普全球股价涨幅十分可观，累计涨幅50%，同期美国标准普尔500指数涨幅21.14%。截至周二美股收盘，标普全球股价收256.22美元，上涨3.07%。
