德意志银行：或将通过收购加强银行支付业务！
德意志银行正在市场上积极寻找收购和合资机会，旨在实现成为欧洲整合支付处理行业重要力量的目标。
德意志银行业务负责人Stefan Hoops表示：“数字支付是我们最重要的战略领域之一。非有机增长显然是实现此种战略的一种方式，如果有机会的话，我们会考虑通过收购加强我们的支付业务。”
德意志银行最近几个月聘请了许多外部支付专家，包括聘请了金融科技公司Figo的创始人AndréBajorat作为银行的战略负责人。
银行还聘请了已倒闭的支付处理集团Wirecard的一些前高级管理人员，其中包括Kilian Thalhammer。
去年，德意志银行的数字支付处理仅产生了1亿欧元的费用收入。银行表示在三年内将这一数字翻一番，但即便如此，该业务仍不到银行年收入的4％。
德意志银行希望扩大支付业务范围使其具有一定的竞争优势。作为支付处理商，该银行可以解决其1900万左右零售客户的信用卡和借记卡交易，从而减少因使用Visa和Mastercard之类的支付方式而产生的费用。
德意志银行还可以在其现有公司业务（例如现金管理和贸易融资）上增加付款处理，提供更精简和更高效的服务。
