10月中国外汇市场运行平稳
国家外汇管理局20日公布的数据显示，按美元计值，10月，银行结汇1532亿美元，售汇1402亿美元，结售汇顺差130亿美元。
国家外汇管理局副局长、新闻发言人王春英表示，10月份，银行结售汇顺差130亿美元，市场主体呈现“逢高结汇、逢低购汇”的理性交易模式，汇率预期保持稳定。
当天发布的数据还显示，按美元计值，10月，银行代客涉外收入3580亿美元，对外付款3328亿美元，涉外收付款顺差251亿美元。1-10月，银行代客累计涉外收入34634亿美元，累计对外付款34009亿美元，累计涉外收付款顺差625亿美元。
王春英指出，10月份我国外汇市场运行平稳，市场预期总体理性。企业、个人等非银行部门跨境资金净流入251亿美元，外汇储备余额为31280亿美元，保持基本稳定。
“展望未来，我国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局将加快形成，金融市场双向开放稳步推进，有利于我国跨境资金保持合理均衡流动。”王春英说。
