Ali Hassan在塞浦路斯推出新的外汇经纪业务
由中东外汇资深人士Ali Hassan领导的新零售经纪公司Evest.com近日获得塞浦路斯监管机构（CySEC）的CIF许可。
过去三个月来，这家新成立的外汇经纪公司一直在做准备。该公司已从一家大投资者那里获得了可观的资金，同时还在寻求其他顶级监管机构的许可，其中包括阿布扎比全球市场(ADGM)的金融监管机构。
Evest.com的CEO Ali Hassan透露，eVEST还聘请了其他老牌企业家，通过A轮融资仅从一位投资者那里筹集了700万美元，但这位投资者目前不愿透露他的姓名。
据了解，在获得塞浦路斯许可证之前，该公司已进入阿联酋市场，但仍在等待监管部门的批准。
阿布扎比金融服务监管局（FSRA）对于获得外汇许可证以及开展外汇业务具有非常严格的指导原则。具体而言，获得阿联酋外汇许可是一个复杂的程序，涉及许多法律限制，
中东和北非地区对新兴公司越来越有吸引力，但进入海湾地区较为发达的市场（如沙特和阿联酋）是一个很困难的过程。
