法兰克福证券交易所任命Paul Hilgers为管理委员会成员！
德国最大证券交易所法兰克福证券交易所周三宣布，其理事会已在当天的会议上任命 Paul Hilgers 为管理委员会成员。
Paul Hilgers 有近30年的资本市场工作经验，最初是一名衍生品市场交易员。2003年，他曾担任荷兰股票交易公司 Van der Moolen 的欧洲交易业务主管。2005年，他成为了清算公司 Fortis Clearing Asia Pacific 的悉尼商务总监。两年后，他又加入了总部位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹的做市商澳蒂华（Optiver）。2014年至2017年，他曾担任澳蒂华首席执行官。今年9月初之后，Paul Hilgers 一直担任法兰克福证券交易所母公司德意志交易所的现金市场主管。
根据公法，证券交易所的管理委员会是具有一些法定行政职责的。该委员会致力于确保证券交易法法规的遵从和证券交易的有序进行。管理委员会有权发布行政法规，因此是行政法意义上的权威组织。
法兰克福证券交易所管理委员会的其他成员还有 Thomas Book（主席）、Martin Reck（副主席）、Cord Gebhardt 和 Michael Krogmann。
