CNMV更新其针对无牌公司和可疑网站的黑名单

　　西班牙国家证券市场委员会（CNMV）的“无牌公司和可疑网站名单”收录了未获授权在证券市场行事的实体和个人。在未获授权的情况下，该实体或个人提供《西班牙证券市场法》（LMV）规定的投资服务，接收、传递和执行客户订单，进行投资组合管理和投资建议，或从事集体投资计划的活动。

　　西班牙相关法律规定，只有注册的公司才能获得授权，因为注册公司提供的证据证明它们符合某些要求（有足够的资本、组织结构和方法等），并受监督机构的监管。
