智通财经APP获悉，11月16日(周一)美股盘前，美国生物技术公司Inovio Pharmaceuticals(INO.US)股价上涨，截至21:30，该股涨14.08%，报12.8美元。
据悉，该公司今日宣布，美国FDA已批准其卫生事件候选疫苗INO-4800的2/3期临床试验，且美国国防部已经同意为该试验提供7100万美元的资金支持，以用于Cellectra 3PSP智能设备的大规模生产和CELLECTRA 2000输送装置的采购。
今年9月份，美国FDA曾叫停Inovio该候选疫苗的2/3期试验，称其试验内容存在"额外的问题"。
