据悉，有媒体报道称，PNC金融(PNC.US)目前正与BBVA银行就收购后者旗下美国业务一事进行谈判。此次收购或涉资超100亿美元，并且这将可能是自金融危机以来全球规模最大的银行收购交易之一。目前上述两家公司未就此消息置评。
