UBS Securities被处37,500美元罚款
芝加哥期权交易所期货交易分所（CFE）的商业行为委员会（BCC）在进行法规调查后，已对UBS Securities LLC提起诉讼。
针对此诉讼，UBS已按照相关程序提交了《CFE 703法规同意书》，但是UBS没有对违反交易规则的指控表示承认或否认。
UBS是CFE的交易特权持有者（TPH）和清算会员。 CFE发现，UBS没有向CFE提供要求的2018年1月23日的审计追踪数据。此外，UBS提供的2018年3月1日和2018年3月14日这两天的数据中缺乏必要数据。
此行为违反了《CFE法规》403（c）和502：
403（c）–订单输入和前端审计追踪信息留存–每个交易特权持有者应为输入CBOE系统的所有电子订单留存前端审计追踪信息
502 –检查和交付–每个交易特权持有者和清算会员应保留根据交易所规则要求保留的所有账簿和记录，保留时间为自准备之日起五年
UBS已同意支付37,500美元的罚款。该银行同意BCC将此事纳入记录并予以公布。
