绝不手软！意大利CONSOB下令关闭非法金融网站共计323家
意大利金融市场监管局（CONSOB）利用“增长法令”赋予的权力，联系了意大利互联网服务提供商(ISPs)，要求后者屏蔽所有五家有问题的网站。
具体而言，这5家非法提供金融服务的网站，提供包括汇市、差价合约和加密货币等的交易服务。
以下是Consob已命令关闭的站点：
Evergo Ltd（网站www.tradesrun.com及其页面client.trading-dashboard.co）；
FS International LTD（网站www.fxglobe.international）；
Giuseppe Eros Lana（网站www.berkshiresystem.com）；
Pure M Global Limited（网站www.ascend-market.com）；
4FXLUXUS Pvt Ltd和Global Pegasus LTD（网站https://4fxluxus.com）。
2019年7月，意大利法律赋予了CONSOB一项权力，即CONSOB可命令互联网服务提供商(ISP)断开未获CONSOB授权却提供金融服务的网站。截至目前为止，CONSOB下令关闭的非法网站总数已增至323家。
根据CONSOB的公告，ISP正按照命令进行站点清理，但由于技术原因，还需要几天的时间才能完全关停以上非法网站。
