谷歌再次发布无牌交易商广告，遭俄罗斯FAS提起诉讼！
谷歌再次因发布无牌交易商的广告而与俄罗斯当局发生纠纷。俄罗斯联邦反垄断服务（FAS）莫斯科分部表示，谷歌通过Google Adwords发布了交易商LegacyFX的广告，违反了《广告法》。
LegacyFX没有俄罗斯中央银行发行的交易商牌照，因此该公司不被允许在俄罗斯提供货币服务，也不能向俄罗斯投资者宣传货币服务。此外，谷歌发布的广告中还包括了LegacyFX相对于竞争对手的优势，而这些主张都是毫无根据的。
由此，谷歌违反了《广告法》，谷歌已被下达了停止继续发布此广告的命令，并且将面临最高500,000卢布的罚款。
在过去的几个月中，谷歌多次收到来自俄罗斯FAS的类似诉讼。 FAS在10月发现Google Adwords发布了RoboForex和Just2Trade Online Ltd的广告。
去年11月，FAS发现google.com发布了未经授权的经纪商Rypex trading limited的广告，同样地，该公司没有获得在俄罗斯提供投资服务的许可，因此谷歌被要求停止发布广告。
