对进口冷链食品，国务院出手了！

检测结果为阳性的，按规定作退运或销毁处理。检测结果为阴性的，海关部门组织指导督促查验场地经营者或进口企业，对进口冷链食品的集装箱内壁、货物外包装实施消毒。

进口冷链食品运输过程中，承运企业不得开箱。冷库接受进口冷链食品时，应如实记录并核对集装箱号及铅封号，做好货物的出入库记录，相关资料和记录应至少留存2年。

对从口岸放行的进口冷链食品，在社会冷库或企业冷库倒箱过车、入库存储前，相关生产经营单位查验货物所附的消毒证明，如未消毒，则在掏箱卸货时，对该批货物的集装箱内壁、货物外包装实施消毒。

进一步完善追溯管理，做到所有进入市场的进口冷链食品来源可查、去向可追。
