新加坡8个公认市场运营商获得SEF注册豁免！
美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）宣布，CFTC一致通过了一项命令，豁免了对8家新加坡公认市场运营商（RMO）的掉期执行机构（SEF）注册要求。
《商品交易法》规定，如果CFTC认定外国SEF受到该国相关政府机构的全面监督和监管，则可以授予此类豁免。
2019年3月，CFTC发布了一项命令，确定新加坡金融管理局（MAS）对经批准的交易所（AE）和RMO的监管框架满足其标准。根据该命令，MAS有权要求对满足法律要求的机构进行此类豁免。
新豁免的RMO是BGC Partners（Singapore）Ltd、Euronext Markets Singapore Pte Ltd、GFI Group Pte Ltd、ICAP（Singapore）Pte Ltd、Nittan Capital Singapore Pte Ltd、Refinitiv Transaction Services Pte Ltd、TFS Currencies Pte Ltd、Tullett Prebon (Singapore) Limited。
到现在为止，豁免的AE和RMO总数达到了13个。
Cleartrade Exchange Pte Ltd、Tradition Singapore（Pte）Ltd是另外两个被豁免注册的RMO，而Asia Pacific Exchange Pte Ltd、ICE Futures Singapore Pte Ltd、Singapore Exchange Derivatives Trading Limited是之前获得豁免的三个AE。
