未获授权开展业务！加拿大BCSC警告Avariz Group等2家实体
作为执行不列颠哥伦比亚省《证券法》的独立省政府机构，不列颠哥伦比亚省证券委员会(BCSC)最近在其官方网站上更新了针对Avariz Group和 Fx Stock Trade Income的两项警告。具体而言：
针对Fx Stock Trade Income：BCSC表示该实体以https://fxstocktradeincome.com网站经营，并声称位于英国伦敦，并提供加密资产、汇市期权和大宗商品的交易服务；
针对Avariz Group：BCSC表示该实体以www.avarizgroup.com网站经营，并声称位于不列颠哥伦比亚省的纳奈莫，并且还声称提供汇市、股票和加密货币交易账户。
根据BCSC掌握的信息，以上两家实体均未获得授权，而且还在未经授权的情况下接受不列颠哥伦比亚（BC）客户。
BCSC称，Avariz Group和 Fx Stock Trade Income“在未经授权的情况下运营着一个需要授权才能开展相关业务的市场。”
然而，根据不列颠哥伦比亚省《证券法》，经纪商（券商）需要在BCSC注册为交易商或顾问，才能为不列颠哥伦比亚居民开立交易账户。
因此，BCSC还建议用户与以上实体打交道时要谨慎。
