广州一重型货车与小车相撞致4死1伤，货车司机已被警方控制
广州增城警方11月6日通报：6日11时30分许，荔新大道沙埔路段（南往北方向）发生一起货车与小车相撞的交通事故。 增城警方立即派出警力，会同应急救援和“120”医护人员赶赴现场，开展事故处置。经初步调查，11时30分许，刘某（男，52岁，湖北人）驾驶一辆重型货车在上述路段，与同向行驶的一辆小汽车发生碰撞，后侧翻压住小汽车，导致小汽车内5人被困。被困人员救出后，3人因伤重不治当场死亡，1人经送医院抢救无效死亡，1名伤者正在医院接受治疗。目前，警方已将货车司机刘某控制，事故仍在进一步调查处理中。
