马来西亚证券委员会警示：越来越多克隆公司正披皮诈骗！
SC（马来西亚证券委员会）周四提醒公众称，今年的克隆公司诈骗案正急剧增多。众多不受监管的公司正通过盗用名称、logo 等信息来冒充包括上市公司在内的合法实体进行诈骗活动。
克隆公司会通过提供虚假投资机会，并承诺短期内可获得不切实际的高额回报来骗取投资者的资金。今年5月，SC 也曾严正警告冒充持牌资本市场经纪商的克隆公司。
这些克隆公司还会通过 Facebook、WhatsApp、推特等社交媒体推广诈骗投资计划。除了名称、logo 之外，克隆公司还会盗用合法实体的证书、网站等的其他详细信息。
克隆公司通常会让受害投资者提供姓名、身份证号、银行卡信息等个人信息，并指导他们将资金转移到个人银行帐户中。然后，克隆公司会以要收取所得税、行政费、银行手续费、提款手续费、汇兑手续费等借口瓜分投资者的资金。
