FCA允许脱欧后英国公司在欧盟进行股票交易
英国金融行为监管局（FCA）日前发布了有关股票交易义务（STO）的指南，允许英国公司在英国脱欧过渡期届满后在欧盟交易所进行股票交易。
就在一周前，欧盟监管机构就脱欧后STO发布了措施。
FCA强调，只有“相互对等”才能保证企业在两个司法管辖区都能履行STO义务。否则，FCA将使用临时过渡权（TTP）来避免混乱，从而使公司能够继续在欧盟交易场所交易所有股票。
尽管这种方法将使英国市场参与者能够在脱欧后进入欧盟交易场所，但他们需要遵守某些监管义务。
