智通财经APP获悉，诺瓦瓦克斯(NVAX.US)宣布，将与澳大利亚政府签署一份不具约束力的意向书协议，为澳大利亚提供4000万剂新冠候选疫苗NVX-CoV2373。
根据条款，该公司最早将于2021年上半年开始向澳大利亚提供NVX-CoV2373，但前提是该疫苗需成功完成第3阶段临床试验并获得澳大利亚药物管理局的批准。
据悉，迄今为止，诺瓦瓦克斯已与各国签订协议，将直接向美国、英国和加拿大供应NVX-CoV2373，并通过合作伙伴关系向日本、韩国和印度供应。
