周三(11月4日)纽约时段盘中，北京时间23:30，美国EIA公布的数据显示，截至10月30日当周美国除却战略储备的商业原油库存降幅远超预期，精炼油库存降幅略不及预期，汽油库存超预期增加。EIA数据公布后美国原油价格短线维持在0.3美元区间窄幅震荡。虽然疫情因素近期给油价沉重的压力，但OPEC仍然有望推迟增产给了油价有利的支撑。
