盘前异动：陆金所回升2%，昨日股价一度大跌14%

英为财情Investing.com –周三美股盘前，陆金所 (NYSE:LU)股价回升2%，报12.98美元，前一交易日该公司股价一度大跌14%。

消息面上，日前，银保监会、中国人民银行就《网络小额贷款业务管理暂行办法（征求意见稿）》（以下称《办法》）公开征求意见，其中，明确了监管主体，并对网络小贷公司在经营过程中的风控体系、单户上限、信息披露等问题作出详细规范，划定了限制跨省展业、联合贷款出资不低于30％的若干红线，加大了对金融消费者的保护力度。

截至周二美股收盘，中国互金概念股普遍下跌。信也科技集团 (NYSE:FINV)收报2美元，下跌1.48%；乐信 (NASDAQ:LX)收报7.13美元，下跌3.78%；360金融 (NASDAQ:QFIN)收报10.49美元，下跌2.42%；嘉银金科 (NASDAQ:JFIN)收报2.73美元，下跌1.44%。
