港股异动︱美团-W午后涨超6%再创新高 公司回应二次上市传闻：没有相关计划或时间表

智通财经APP获悉，美团-W (HK:3690)午后涨幅再度扩大，以314港元刷新历史新高，截至13时46分，涨6.08%，报价314港元，成交额43.18亿。
消息面，据媒体报道，美团考虑明年在内地第二上市，但有关上市计划仍在初步阶段，最终不一定能成事。报道引述消息人士指，美团已与顾问就内地上市进行过初步讨论。消息指，美团尚未就潜在发行交易的时间和规模做出任何最终决定。
据接近美团的消息人士称，美团现在正与上交所和深交所沟通：“科创板或创业板上市都有可能，主要看交易所方面对于美团这样大型互联网公司是不是有盈利方面的要求。”
还有消息人士表示，现在美团在与多家券商有所接触，包括中信证券、华泰证券、华菁证券。美团响应称，没有相关计划或时间表。
