智通财经APP获悉，11月1日，国务院办公厅印发《新能源汽车产业发展规划（2021—2035年）》。《规划》提出，鼓励企业提高锂、镍、钴、铂等关键资源保障能力。大和发表研究报告指，对《新能源汽车产业发展规划（2021-2035年）》持正面看法，重申行业首选股赣锋锂业“买入”评级，由于锂价大幅反弹及未来数年的增长前景。
截至发稿，赣锋锂业 (HK:1772)涨7.93%，报52.4港元，成交额1.23亿港元。
