智通财经APP获悉，据报道，康卡斯特公司 (NASDAQ:CMCSA)有意进军智能电视市场，并与沃尔玛公司 (NYSE:WMT)就开发和分销智能电视进行谈判。Roku的股价随之走低，盘中一度跌超4%。
沃尔玛将推广装载康卡斯特软件的电视机，作为回报，沃尔玛将从康卡斯特获得一部分经常性收入。
据悉，Roku、苹果的Apple TV和亚马逊的Fire TV是美国领先的流媒体电视平台。Roku在市场上占据主导地位，其流媒体电视平台占美国联网电视设备销量的30%以上。
