3日晚间，上交所发布公告称，暂缓蚂蚁集团科创板上市的决定。对于暂缓理由，上交所写道：“你公司原申请于2020年11月5日在上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）科创板上市。近日，发生你公司实际控制人及董事长、总经理被有关部门联合进行监管约谈，你公司也报告所处的金融科技监管环境发生变化等重大事项。该重大事项可能导致你公司不符合发行上市条件或者信息披露要求。”
对此，资深投行人士王骥跃分析称：“暂缓，不是取消批文，也不是否决，所以上市是时间问题。”在他看来，一方面以重大政策变化的会后事项为由，毕竟属于对公司经营和投资者投资有重大影响的事情，有必要认真研究充分披露。另一方面，（网络小贷）新规出来，蚂蚁确实需要说清楚影响有多大，这符合注册制精神。“规则面前，蚂蚁也不能搞特殊化，挺好。”王骥跃分析说。（记者 林伟萍）
