经合组织专家赞赏中国“十四五”规划目标
央视网消息：十九届五中全会提出了“十四五”规划的目标。经合组织中国研究室主任马吉特·莫尔纳博士在接受总台记者采访时表示，生态文明建设实现新进步和坚持创新在现代化建设全局中的核心地位等内容让她印象深刻。
莫尔纳博士长期从事中国经济研究。她强调，生态文明建设是高质量发展和可持续增长不可或缺的因素，这对中国的长期发展很重要。同时，莫尔纳表示，中国在“十三五”期间的创新让她印象深刻，“十四五”强调创新是“十三五”的延续，同时，创新不应当是一个短期目标而应是长期目标。
在“加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”这个问题上，莫尔纳认为，新发展格局强调的是要开辟国内的消费市场，从投资驱动的发展模式向消费驱动去转变，这也是不断深化改革的要求。
