ESMA公布基于MiFID II的二级市场相关数据
欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）日前公布相关数据，该数据是基于金融工具市场指令(MiFID II)和监管(MiFIR)，对股票、类股权工具、债券和其他非股权工具进行系统性内部化季度计算的结果。
ESMA在自愿的基础上公布了2020年4月至9月期间的交易总量和总交易量，以便根据MiFID II进行系统内部化(SI)计算，包括：
-22,022只股票和类股票工具；
- 120,876只债券；
- 5,907个衍生品子类（包括股票衍生品、利率衍生品、商品衍生品、C10衍生品、排放配额及其衍生品和差价合约CFD）；
此外，股票、类股票工具和债券的结果仅针对在六个月的观察期内交易场所提交了至少95％的交易日数据的工具发布。数据公布还包括已向ESMA报告的场外OTC交易。公布的数据包括在所考虑的参考期内已交易或可交易的工具的数据。
