智通财经APP获悉，据报道，阿里巴巴-SW (HK:9988) 计划对Farfetch Ltd Class A (NYSE:FTCH)投资近3亿美元，双方目前正进行深入谈判。据悉，Farfetch是一家在线奢侈品零售商，总部位于伦敦。
报道称，这两家公司还计划建立一家中国合资企业。瑞士奢侈品巨头历峰集团(Richemont)也在考虑与阿里巴巴一起投资Farfetch。
