智通财经APP获悉，11月2日(周一)美股盘初，邮轮概念股普跌，截至北京时间23：52，挪威邮轮(NCLH.US)跌超6%，嘉年华邮轮(CCL.US)跌超4%，皇家加勒比邮轮(RCL.US)跌近3%。
挪威邮轮方面宣布，公司延长停航时间至12月31日。此前美国疾病控制和预防中心(CDC)10月30日发布新规定，解除实施近八个月的邮轮禁航令，允许大型邮轮重新在美国水域航行，不过必须采行“有条件的航行指令”，并不是马上就可以开航营业。
根据CDC的规定，船主必须在航程开始和结束时，对所有的乘客和船员进行测试，测试期限为7天。
为了恢复载客，各公司必须证明它们有测试、检疫和隔离的程序，并且在所有船上建立测试实验室，必要时自行安排在岸上隔离或检疫乘客。在获准航行之前，他们必须进行模拟航行，由志愿者扮演生病的乘客。
