智通财经APP获悉，10月30日(周五)，陆金所(LU.US)将登陆纽交所，股份代号为LU。本次IPO中，陆金所将发行价设定为13.5美元，发行1.75亿股ADS（美国存托股），筹资金额23.625亿美元。
业绩表现方面，2017年至2019年，陆金所营收从278亿元增长到478亿元，复合年均增长率达31.1%；净利润从60亿元增长到133亿元，复合年均增长率48.6%。2020年上半年，陆金所营收达257亿元，净利润为73亿元。
