BaFin禁止GreenRiver OU / morgantrust.eu进行未经授权的自营交易
德国联邦金融监管局(BaFin)在2020年9月29日的通知中命令爱沙尼亚塔林的Greenriver OU立即停止其跨境自营交易。
GreenRiver OU运营“ Morgan Trust”交易平台，用于差价合约（CFD）和加密货币。交易者可以通过morgantrust.eu访问该平台。
也就是说，GreenRiver OU在没有按照德国银行法第32(1)条的要求获得BaFin授权的情况下，进行了德国银行法相关条款所定义的的自营交易。因此，它正在进行未经授权的业务活动。
根据法律规定，上述BaFin的命令可立即执行，但还不是最终命令。
