传迈威尔科技拟100亿美元收购Inphi，后者盘前股价大涨30%

英为财情Investing.com –周四美股盘前，据媒体报道称，迈威尔科技 (NASDAQ:MRVL)拟以100亿美元的价格收购Inphi Corp. (NASDAQ:IPHI)，这是今年半导体行业的又一起并购交易，这导致后者盘前股价大涨30%。
知情人士透露，此项交易价格的60%将以股票的形式支付，其余部分采取现金支付。两家公司可能在美国时间周四宣布达成协议。
不过，市场似乎并不看好迈威尔科技此次收购动作，该公司盘前股价跌4.25%，报37.85美元。
迈威尔科技是全球领先的半导体公司，专门制造存储、通讯以及消费性电子产品芯片。Inphi是于美国加利福尼亚州的芯片制造商，其生产的芯片能够帮助加速处理计算机和网络之间的大量信息流。
