智通财经APP获悉，10月28日(周三)美股盘初，人人网(RENN.US)股价下跌，截至北京时间22：11，该股跌15.83%，报3.796美元。在过去的52周内，该股最低成交价为0.45美元，最高成交价为6.23美元。
此前该公司旗下的全资子公司开心汽车(KXIN.US)突然连续暴涨，10月19日其股价盘中一度涨超500%，直至收盘股价涨近300%报于8.15美元，而自14日到19日其股价更是累涨逾14倍。
2019年，人人网全年营收3.498亿美元，较去年同期的4.98亿美元下滑29.8%；营业亏损1.91亿美元，2018年同期亏损1.13亿美元。开心汽车在2019年贡献了人人网营收的95.7%。
