智通财经APP获悉，10月27日(周二)美股盘初，截至北京时间21:38，联络智能(LLIT.US)跌8.31%，报4.15美元。
据报道，电商平台新蛋网商务向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)递交上市申请，公司计划发行股票融资约3000万美元，预计上市后其市值将超过8.8亿美元。根据联络智能10月26日向SEC递交的文件显示，其全资子公司Lightning Delaware Sub, Inc.将与新蛋网进行合并，新公司另名为“新蛋网商务“。
新蛋网主要从事电脑、消费电子、通讯等3C产品的网上销售，并在全球范围内提供第三方物流服务和营销服务。2020年上半年，新蛋网的净销售额为8.63亿美元，毛利润为1.25亿美元，净利润为1900万美元。
