继主席之后，ASIC 副主席也因安置费丑闻决定辞职！
ASIC（澳大利亚证券和投资委员会）副主席 Daniel Crennan 本周一在声明中表示，他将辞去 ASIC 副主席职务。因 Daniel Crennan 和 ASIC 主席 James Shipton 的薪酬和安置费问题，ASIC 正面临财政部的调查。
正如 Fazzaco 此前的报道，因为拿到了不合规的安置费，Daniel Crennan 和 James Shipton 的总薪酬均超过了相关薪酬法庭裁决确定的限额。安置费丑闻曝光后，James Shipton 于10月23日宣布辞去主席职位。
起先，Daniel Crennan 和 James Shipton 都同意归还有问题的款项，并停职到调查完成为止。
但 Daniel Crennan 周一又表示，他认为现在立马辞职对 ASIC 来说最有利。他还表示自己本来就打算在2021年7月之前退休。Daniel Crennan 称，他希望确保 ASIC 的工作不受干扰，并且愿意有序交接工作。
截至目前，财政部的调查尚未发现 Daniel Crennan 和 James Shipton 存在任何过失。
